Investor Bersiap, NETV Eksekusi Reverse Stock Split 2:1 Pekan Depan
IDXChannel - PT Net Visi Media Tbk (NETV) bersiap mengeksekusi penggabungan nominal saham atau reverse stock split dalam waktu dekat.
Menurut prospektus, Rabu (16/10/2024), rasio reverse stock split saham Seri A ditetapkan 2:1, yang artinya setiap 2 saham bernilai nominal Rp100 akan digabungkan menjadi 1 saham bernominal Rp200.
Direksi dan Komisaris NETV Mundur Jelang Diakuisisi oleh FILMAksi korporasi ini akan membuat jumlah saham beredar NETV semakin menurun menjadi 11,72 miliar, dari semula 23,45 miliar.
Rencana ini telah mendapat persetujuan pemegang saham pada 8 Oktober 2024.
