Anak Usaha VKTR Raih Sewa Pembiayaan Rp88,37 Miliar dari Mitsubishi
IDXChannel - Emiten kendaraan listrik Grup Bakrie, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) melalui anak usahanya PT Sarana Ekomobilitas Indonesia (SEI) menandatangani perjanjian sewa pembiayaan dengan PT Mitsubishi HC Capital and Finance Indonesia (MHCI).
Perjanjian diteken keduanya pada 14 Oktober 2024. SEI dalam hal ini sebagai penerima sewa pembiayaan dan MHCI selaku pemberi sewa pembiayaan.
Investor Baru Ini Jual 1,92 Miliar Saham Emiten Grup Bakrie (VKTR)"Nilai pembiayaan sebesar Rp88,37 miliar dengan jumlah bunga sebesar tarif tetap 12,35 persen per tahun," kata VP of Corporate Secretary and Corporate Legal VKTR, Indah Permatasari Saugi dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (17/10/2024).
Adapun jangka waktu sewa pembiayaan adalah 36 bulan. Sementara jaminan perusahaan, yakni PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk selaku induk usaha VKTR.
