ADRO Gelar RUPSLB Hari Ini, Minta Restu Jual Saham Adaro Andalan
IDXChannel - PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) dijadwalkan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada hari ini, Jumat (18/10/2024).
RUPS akan diselenggarakan secara daring dan luring pada pukul 10:00 WIB di Cyber 2 Tower lantai 26, Jl. H.R Rasuna Said Blok X-5 No. 13 Jakarta Selatan.
Dicecar Bursa Soal Spin Off Bisnis Batu Bara Thermal, Ini Jawaban ADROMata acara tunggal RUPSLB tersebut adalah meminta persetujuan para pemegang saham atas rencana ADRO menjual sebanyak-banyaknya seluruh saham yang dimiliki perseroan pada PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia atau AAI (dahulu bernama PT Alam Tri Abadi).
ADRO diketahui berencana menjual 7 miliar saham perseroan pada AAI. Penjualan saham entitas bisnis batu bara termal melalui pelaksanaan Penawaran Umum Oleh Pemegang Saham (PUPS).
