Pasardana.id - Gwie Gunadi Gunawan selaku pemegang saham bukan pengendali PT Betonjaya Manunggal Tbk (IDX: BTON) telah melepas kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual semua sahamnya yang sebanyak 5.999.800 lembar saham BTON diharga rata-rata Rp462 per saham pada tanggal 4 Oktober 2024.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk menambah likuiditas dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Novi Tjahjaning Rahayu selaku Corporate Secretary BTON dalam keterangan tertulis, Kamis (17/10).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Gwie Gunadi Gunawan di BTON menjadi 0 lembar saham, dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 5.999.800 lembar saham atau 0,83%.
