JARR Sampaikan Pengunduran Diri Sekretaris Perusahaan

Pasardana.id - Emiten bidang usaha Perkebunan dan Pengolahan Minyak Kelapa Sawit Terpadu, PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk (IDX: JARR) menyampaikan perihal pengunduran Irena Cyntia Dewi Putri sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk.

“Sehubungan dengan pengunduran diri saudara Irene Cyntia Dewi Putri sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk efektif per tanggal 18 Oktober 2024, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa pengganti saudara Irena Cyntia Dewi Putri akan diumumkan maksimal 60 (enam puluh) hari sejak terjadinya kekosongan Sekretaris Perusahaan (tanggal efektif pengunduran diri saudara Irena Cyntia Dewi Putri), hal tersebut sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 35/POJK.04/2014,” sebut Temmy Iskandar selaku Direktur JARR dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (21/10).

Juga disebutkan, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha perseroan.
