Komisaris Utama PPGL Kembali Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - Jap Astrid Patricia selaku Komisaris Utama PT Prima Globalindo Logistik Tbk (IDX: PPGL) telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah membeli sebanyak 54.500 lembar saham PPGL di harga Rp106 per saham pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Darmawan Suryadi SM selaku Direktur Utama PPGL dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (21/10).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan saham Jap Astrid Patricia di PPGL bertambah menjadi sebanyak 171,48 juta lembar saham, atau setara dengan 22,24% dibandingkan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 171,43 lembar saham, atau setara dengan 22,23%. 

Diketahui, sebelumnya, Jap Astrid Patricia juga pernah membeli sebanyak 50.300 lembar saham PPGL diharga Rp106 per saham pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2024.
