Kejar Target Free Float, Ini Strategi Bank Maspion (BMAS)

Waktu BMAS tinggal 5 bulan lagi, sebelum tenggat akhir pemenuhan kewajiban dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada April 2025.
Belum Penuhi Free Float, Kenapa BNLI-BMAS Tak Dijebloskan ke Papan Pemantauan Khusus?Berdasarkan Peraturan BEI I-A, emiten wajib memiliki jumlah saham free float paling sedikit 50 juta saham, dan paling sedikit 7,5 persen dari jumlah saham tercatat.
“Kami memahami memang perseroan diberikan waktu paling lama dua tahun untuk dapat memenuhi ketentuan free float, sejak MTO selesai pada 12 April 2023, yaitu sampai dengan 12 April 2025,” kata Direktur Utama BMAS, Kasemri Charoensiddhi, dalam keterbukaan informasi, Senin (21/10/2024).
