IDXChannel - PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) menggelar initial public offering (IPO). Calon emiten itu kini sedang memasuki periode penawaran awal (bookbuilding).

Perusahaan menunjuk PT MNC Sekuritas sebagai penjamin pelaksana emisi efek untuk pelaksanaan IPO tersebut.

Dalam hajatan IPO ini, Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi menawarkan sebanyak-banyaknya 750 juta saham baru atau setara 23,08 persen dari modal disetor perseroan dengan nilai nominal Rp20 per saham.

Perusahaan menetapkan harga Rp100-107 per saham kepada masyarakat dalam masa bookbuilding.
