Ashmore (AMOR) Bagi Dividen Rp60,8 Miliar, Cair Bulan Depan
IDXChannel - PT Ashmore Asset Management Indonesia Tbk (AMOR) akan membagikan dividen tunai senilai Rp60,8 miliar.
Ini merupakan keputusan Direksi yang telah mendapat persetujuan Dewan Komisaris pada 17 Oktober 2024.
Sesuai keterbukaan informasi, Senin (22/10/2024), besaran dividen dipatok senilai Rp27,5 per saham.
Dividen ini akan mengalir kepada setiap pemegang 2,22 miliar saham beredar. Adapun jumlah saham publik AMOR mencapai 9,08 persen
Dana dividen berasal dari laba bersih AMOR per semester I-2024 yang mencapai Rp105,32 miliar.
