Darya Varia (DVLA) Sebar Dividen Interim Rp43 per Saham, Telisik Jadwalnya
IDXChannel - Emiten farmasi, PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA) sepakat membagikan dividen tunai interim tahun buku 2024 sebesar Rp48,16 miliar kepada pemegang saham.
"Dividen interim per saham ditetapkan Rp43 per saham," tulis pengumuman perseroan di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (22/10/2024)
Pembagian dividen interim ini sesuai dengan keputusan Direksi Perseroan yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada 21 Oktober 2024.
Per akhir Juni 2024, perseroan membukukan laba bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp119,36 miliar.
