Akuisisi FUTR Rp24,9 Miliar Tuntas, Hexa Prima Sah Jadi Pengendali Baru
IDXChannel - PT Hexa Prima Nusantara (HPN) resmi menuntaskan transaksi akuisisi emiten digital PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR).
Ini berlangsung seiring langkah HPN mengambilalih 99,99 persen saham PT Digital Futurama Global (DFG), yang merupakan pengendali lama perseroan.
Detailnya, HPN membeli 24.999 saham DFG senilai Rp24,9 miliar, demikian menurut laporan perusahaan. Dengan begitu, HPN secara resmi menjadi pengendali tidak langsung dari FUTR.
“Terhitung sejak 21 Oktober 2024, HPN telah efektif menjadi pengendali secara tidak langsung baru dari perseroan,” kata Direktur Utama FUTR, Martha Rebecca di Jakarta, Selasa, (22/10/2024).
