Pasardana.id - Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, turun 307,1 poin, atau sekitar 0,8 persen, pada Rabu (23/10/2024), menjadi 38.104,86. Indeks Topix melemah 0,55 persen menjadi 2.636,96.

Seperti dilansir AFP, indeks Nikkei turun seiring berlanjutnya kehati-hatian para investor jelang berlangsungnya pemilihan umum di Jepang pada 27 Oktober mendatang

Saham perusahaan kepegawaian Recruit Holdings memimpin pelemahan hari ini dengan terjun 4,79 persen. Saham perusahaan e-commerce Mercari dan Rakuten Group masing-masing anjlok 4,75 persen dan 2,93 persen.

Saham perusahaan semikonduktor Disco dan Socionext masing-masing merosot 4,27 persen dan 3,62 persen. Saham perusahaan manufaktur alat berat Mitsubishi Heavy Industries dan Kawasaki Heavy Industries masing-masing turun 3,36 persen dan 3,15 persen.

Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat terhadap yen berada di kisaran 152 yen per dolar AS.
