Gudang Garam (GGRM) Tambah Modal Rp300 Miliar ke Surya Dhoho Investama
IDXChannel - PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) mengumumkan penambahan modal kepada anak usahanya, PT Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI). SDHI merupakan perusahaan yang membangun Bandara Dhoho Kediri, Jawa Timur.
SDHI adalah perusahaan terkendali dan afiliasi GGRM yang sahamnya dimiliki langsung GGRM sebesar 99,99 persen.
Corporate Secretary GGRM, Heru Budiman mengatakan, SDHI mengeluarkan 300 ribu saham baru dengan nilai nominal Rp1 juta per saham.
"Saham-saham tersebut seluruhnya diambil perseroan dengan penyetoran tambahan modal ditempatkan dan modal disetor pada SDHI sebesar Rp300 miliar," ujarnya di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Kamis (24/10/2024).
