Pasardana.id - Harga minyak dunia turun pada Kamis (24/10/2024) dipicu upaya berlangsungnya gencatan senjata di Jalur Gaza.

Seperti dilansir Reuters, harga minyak West Texas Intermediate (WTI) untuk pengiriman Desember 2024 turun 58 sen, atau sekitar 0,8 persen, menjadi US$70,19 per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange.

Harga minyak mentah Brent untuk pengiriman Desember 2024 merosot 58 sen, atau sekitar 0,8 persen, menjadi US$74,38 per barel di London ICE Futures Exchange.

Menteri Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat Antony Blinken mengatakan perundingan gencatan senjata di Gaza diperkirakan akan dilanjutkan dalam beberapa hari mendatang,

Blinken pada Kamis melangsungkan pertemuan dengan Emir Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sebagai bagian dari lawatan ke kawasan tersebut yang dipusatkan pada pembicaraan untuk mengakhiri konflik di Gaza dan Lebanon.
