Pasardana.id - Indeks Nikkei 225 di Bursa Efek Tokyo, Jepang, turun 229,37 poin, atau sekitar 0,6 persen, pada Jumat (25/10/2024), menjadi 37.913,92. Indeks Topix melemah 0,65 persen menjadi 2.618,32.

Seperti dilansir AFP, indeks Nikkei berakhir di teritori negatif dipicu kehati-hatian para investor jelang berlangsungnya pemilu di Jepang.

Saham perusahaan farmasi Sumitomo Pharma memimpin pelemahan hari ini dengan terjun 6,32 persen. Saham Takeda Pharmaceutical turun 2,45 persen.

Saham perusahaan pengapalan Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha anjlok 4,25 persen. Saham Nippon Yusen KK dan Mitsui OSK Lines masing-masing merosot 3,78 persen dan 3,14 persen.

Nilai tukar dolar Amerika Serikat terhadap yen berada di kisaran 151,72 yen per dolar AS.
