Komisaris LOPI Kurangi Porsi Kepemilikan Saham di Perseroan

Pasardana.id - H. Moch. Taufik DRS, selaku Komisaris PT Logisticsplus International Tbk (IDX: LOPI) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan, setelah menjual sebanyak 520.000 lembar saham LOPI atau sebesar 0,047% di harga Rp18 per lembar saham pada tanggal 23 Oktober 2024.

“Tujuan transaksi untuk Strategi Investasi dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham tidak langsung,” sebut Wahyu Dwi Jatmiko selaku Direktur Utama LOPI dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (29/10).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham H. Moch. Taufik DRS di LOPI berkurang menjadi sebanyak 16.001.300 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,45% dari sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 16.521.300 lembar saham atau sebesar 1,5%.
