Untuk melaksanakan rencana ini, perseroan akan menggelar aksi korporasi berupa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (HMETD) atau rights issue.

Dia menambahkan, perseroan merupakan perusahaan terbuka pertama di Indonesia yang mengintegrasikan tiga bidang usaha yakni, industri olahraga, makanan dan minuman (FnB) dan media.
