Penjualan Turun, Agung Podomoro (APLN) Rugi Rp41,34 Miliar hingga Kuartal III-2024
IDXChannel - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) mengantongi penjualan sebesar Rp2,77 triliun di sembilan bulan pertama 2024. Angka itu turun 29,1 persen dari periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp3,91 triliun.
Penurunan itu disebabkan oleh adanya pendapatan yang tidak berulang senilai Rp1,30 triliun dari hasil penjualan Neo Soho.
Bidik Pekerja Milenial, Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) Garap Hunian Rp700 JutaanPenjualan Neo Soho juga memengaruhi angka pengakuan penjualan APLN, yang sampai September 2023 mencapai Rp2,85 triliun. Sementara periode sama tahun ini sebesar Rp1,64 triliun.
Di sisi lain, APLN mencatatkan rugi bersih sebesar Rp41,34 miliar pada periode ini, berbalik dari periode yang sama tahun lalu, di mana perseroan mencetak laba sebesar Rp1,28 triliun.
