Petrosea (PTRO) Ungkap Alasan Dirikan Anak Usaha di Bidang Angkutan Laut
IDXChannel - PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) mengumumkan pendirian anak usaha baru di bidang angkutan laut. Langkah ini diambil melalui entitas anak PTRO yaitu PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara, yang mendirikan PT Usaha Berlayar Lancar (UBL)
"UBL didirikan berdasarkan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas No 10 tanggal 28 Oktober 2024," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan PTRO, Anto Broto, dalam keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (1/11/2024).
CUAN Anggarkan Capex Rp6,2 Triliun, Mayoritas untuk PTROTujuan pendirian UBL, kata Anto, akan fokus terhadap bidang pengangkutan dan pergudangan barang.
Kegiatan usaha UBL akan berkutat seputar angkutan laut perairan pelabuhan dalam negeri.
Petrosea (PTRO) Dirikan Usaha Baru di Bidang Infrastruktur, Sahamnya MelesatAdapun nilai nominal setoran modal dasar terhadap UBL mencapai Rp40 miliar. Sementara modal ditempatkan dan disetor mencapai Rp10 miliar, di mana PT Petrosea Infrastruktur Nusantara menggenggam 30 persen.
