Pasardana.id - Hendro Santoso Gondokusumo selaku Presiden Direktur dan pengendali PT. Intiland Development Tbk. (IDX: DILD) telah mengurangi porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah menjual sebanyak 260.000.432 lembar saham DILD di harga Rp200 per saham pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2024.

"Tujuan transaksi ini adalah penjualan saham untuk divestasi investasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Theresia Rustandi selaku Corporate Secretary DILD dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (01/11).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Hendro S. Gondokusumo di DILD berkurang menjadi sebanyak 50.000 lembar saham, dibandingkan sebelumnya sebanyak 260,05 juta lembar saham setara dengan 2,51%.
