Kedawung (KDSI) Stock Split 1:4, Harga Baru Berlaku Pekan Ini
IDXChannel - PT Kedawung Setia Industrial Tbk (KDSI) bersiap mengeksekusi pemecahan nilai nominal saham atau stock split.
Harga baru saham emiten industri ini bakal mulai berlaku pada pekan ini.
Dalam prospektus Senin (4/11/2024), perseroan menetapkan rasio 1:4. Artinya setiap pemegang 1 saham bernominal lama akan dipecah menjadi 4 bernominal baru.
Saat ini setiap saham KDSI mempunyai nominal Rp500 per saham, yang akan dipecah menjadi Rp125 per saham.
“Jumlah saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh menjadi 1,62 miliar saham, dan jumlah saham modal dasar akan menjadi 2,4 miliar saham,” kata manajemen.
Sesuai jadwal, tanggal terakhir perdagangan saham KDSI dengan nilai nominal lama di seluruh pasar adalah pada 6 November 2024.
Adapun harga baru KDSI akan berlaku pada 7 November 2024 di pasar reguler dan negosiasi. Sementara pasar tunai akan mulai berlangsung pada 11 November 2024.
Sebelumnya aksi korporasi ini telah mendapat persetujuan pemegang saham pada 23 Oktober 2024.
Hingga Senin (4/11/2024), saham KDSI turun 0,27 persen ke Rp1.840 per saham. Sebagai informasi, perusahaan merupakan konstituen papan pemantauan khusus yang terjerat masalah free float.
