Wijaya Cahaya (FWCT) Bagikan Dividen Interim Rp3 per Saham, Cair Desember
IDXChannel - PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk (FWCT) bakal mengguyur dividen interim sebesar Rp5,62 miliar pada awal Desember 2024.
Setiap pemegang saham akan mendapatkan Rp3 per saham sebagaimana keputusan sirkuler dewan komisaris perseroan pada 6 November 2024.
Data Keuangan per 30 September 2024 yang mendasari pembagian dividen yakni laba bersih yang diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp43,51 miliar, saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya Rp136,30 miliar dengan total ekuitas Rp314,73 miliar
Berikut jadwal pembagian dividen interim FWCT:
- Cum Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi: 11 November 2024
- Ex dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi: 19 November 2024
- Cum dividen di Pasar Tunai: 20 November 2024
- Ex dividen di Pasar Tunai: 21 November 2024
- Recording date: 20 November 2024
- Pembayaran dividen tunai: 4 Desember 2024
