Pasardana.id - Djoko Sriyono, pemegang saham dengan kategori >5% dari PT Mitra Tirta Buwana Tbk (IDX: SOUL) telah menjual semua sahamnya atau sebanyak 71.093.750 lembar saham SOUL di harga Rp15 per saham pada tanggal 1 November 2024.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Divestasi dengan kepemilikan saham langsung," sebut Rini Anggorowati selaku Direktur SOUL dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (08/11).

Pasca transaksi penjualan, maka kepemilikan saham Djoko Sriyono di SOUL menjadi nihil atau 0 lembar saham, dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya, yang tercatat sebanyak 71.093.750 lembar saham atau setara dengan 6,57%.
