Pasardana.id - Vikram Sinha selaku Direksi PT Indosat Tbk (IDX: ISAT) telah melakukan pembelian sebanyak 2.183.000 lembar saham ISAT pada tanggal 04 November 2024.

Pembelian saham ISAT dilakukan secara bertahap dengan perincian;

Sebanyak 54.600 lembar saham di harga Rp2.380, sebanyak 100.100 lembar saham di harga Rp2.390 per lembar saham, sebanyak 345.300 lembar saham di harga Rp2.400 per lembar saham, sebanyak 1.683.000 lembar saham di harga Rp2.410 per lembar saham.

“Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk Investasi Jangka Panjang dengan Status Kepemilikan Saham secara langsung,” sebut Reski Damayanti selaku Corporate Secretary ISAT dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (08/11).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka Vikram Sinha memiliki sebanyak 2.183.000 lembar saham ISAT atau setara 0,0068% dibanding sebelumnya yang nihil.
