Produsen Prochiz (KEJU) Mau Tebar 4,12 Miliar Saham Bonus, Kapan?
IDXChannel - Emiten produsen keju Prochiz, PT Mulia Boga Raya Tbk (KEJU) berencana membagikan saham bonus kepada investor.
Saham bonus diambil dari tambahan modal disetor atau agio saham KEJU per 31 Desember 2023 yang mencapai Rp206,25 miliar.
Mulia Boga Raya (KEJU) Beli Lahan Garudafood (GOOD) di Sumedang Rp79 MiliarManajemen mengatakan, keputusan ini diambil untuk memperkuat struktur permodalan, sekaligus memberikan benefit bagi pemegang saham KEJU saat ini.
Likuiditas juga menjadi tujuan aksi korporasi ini dilakukan, sehingga diharapkan mendukung harga saham KEJU.
