TBS Energi (TOBA) Akuisisi Perusahaan Singapura Senilai Rp4,8 Triliun
IDXChannel - PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA) melalui anak usahanya di Singapura, SBT Investment 2 Pte. Ltd (SBT 2) mengakuisisi 266,56 juta saham Sembcorp Environment Pte. Ltd (SEPL).
Dalam hal ini, SBT 2 selaku pembeli dan Sembcrop Industries Ltd (Sembcrop) selaku penjual telah menandatangani perjanjian pembelian saham (SPA) sebanyak 266.563.184 (266,56 juta) saham di SEPL, yang mewakili 100 persen saham yang dimiliki Sembcrop di SEPL. Penandatanganan tersebut dilakukan pada 8 November 2024.
Kejar Netralitas Karbon 2030, TBS Energi (TOBA) Jual Dua PLTU Senilai Rp2,27 TriliunSBT 2 merupakan anak usaha TOBA yang sahamnya dikuasai 100 persen oleh TOBA melalui PT Solusi Bersih TBS dan SBT Investment 1 Pte. Ltd.
Sedangkan SEPL adalah perusahaan jasa lingkungan bergerak di bidang pengelolaan limbah padat terintegrasi, dan berbasis di Singapura.
