Group Tancorp Milik Hermanto Tanoko Borong Saham Penta Valent (PEVE) Rp112 Miliar
IDXChannel - Tancorp Mega Buana milik konglomerat Hermanto Tanoko memborong saham PT Penta Valent Tbk(PEVE) senilai Rp112 miliar.
Transaksi tersebut dilakukan untuk menampung saham PEVE yang dijual oleh PT Maramakmur Selaras dan PT Multi Pidotama Mandiri masing-masing sebesar 216.112.500 (12,24 persen) dan 207.637.500 (11,76 persen) pada 7 November 2024.
Adapun Tancorp Mega Buana menjalankan aksi tersebut pada 6 November 2024 dengan mengeksekusi pembelian saham PEVE dengan total 423.750.000 di harga pelaksanaan Rp265 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham langsung" tulis Direktur Tancorp Mega Buana Budi Agusti dalam keterbukaan informasi, Jumat (8/11/2024).
Kini kepemilikan saham entitas Group Tancorp ini bertambah menjadi 1.412.500.000 saham atau setara 80 persen dari sebelumnya 988.750.000 saham atau setara 56 persen.
Sementara kepemilikan PT Maramakmur Selaras dan PT Multi Pidotama Mandiri di saham PEVE berubah menjadi nihil atau 0 persen.
Saham PEVE ditutup menguat 11,76 persen ke harga Rp266 pada Jumat (9/11/2024). Dalam sepekan, saham PEVE tumbuh 10,83 persen dan secara year to date (ytd) melambung 56,47 persen.
