Iwan Putra Brasali Borong 1,28 Juta Saham POWR
IDXChannel - Komisaris PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) Iwan Putra Brasali memborong 1.285.000 saham POWR. Iwan merogoh kocek sekitar Rp916,20 juta.
Mengutip keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jakarta, Minggu (10/11/2024), Iwan melakukan transaksi pembelian saham pada 5 November 2024 di harga Rp713 per saham.
Cikarang Listrindo (POWR) Tetapkan Dividen Rp43,9 per Saham, Intip Jadwalnya"Tujuan transaksi adalah investasi," ujar Sekretaris Perusahaan POWR Christanto Pranata.
Dengan begitu, jumlah pembelian saham yang dilakukan Iwan tersebut setara 0,0081 persen kepemilikan saham POWR.
