Harga Minyak Dunia Turun Dipicu Kekecewaan Stimulus Tiongkok

Pasardana.id - Harga minyak dunia turun pada Senin (11/11/2024) dipicu kekecewaan terhadap paket stimulus Tiongkok. 

Seperti dilansir Reuters, harga minyak West Texas Intermediate (WTI) untuk pengiriman Desember 2024 turun US$2,34, atau sekitar 3,32 persen, menjadi US$68,04 per barel di New York Mercantile Exchange. 

Harga minyak mentah Brent untuk pengiriman Januari 2025 merosot US$2,04, atau sekitar 2,76 persen, menjadi US$71,83 per barel di London ICE Futures Exchange. 

Indeks harga konsumen tumbuh dalam laju paling lambat dalam empat bulan terakhir pada Oktober sedangkan deflasi makin tajam meski pemerintah Tiongkok telah meluncurkan paket stimulus untuk mendongkrak pertumbuhan ekonomi. 

Selain kekecewaan terhadap paket stimulus Tiongkok, harga minyak dunia juga terpengaruh penguatan nilai tukar dolar AS yang membuat komoditas yang diperdagangkan dalam mata uang tersebut menjadi lebih mahal bagi pemilik dana dalam mata uang lain.
