Direktur Rukun Raharja (RAJA) Borong Saham di Harga Bawah Senilai Rp2,3 Miliar
IDXChannel - Direktur di PT Rukun Raharja Tbk Ogi Rulino memborong saham perseroan dengan nilai Rp2,37 miliar pada 4 November 2024 lalu.
Transaksi tersebut berlangsung di harga pelaksanaan Rp1.355 dengan jumlah 1.750.000 saham RAJA.
Pembelian berlangsung di harga bawah lantaran rata-rata saham RAJA bergerak di harga Rp1.600 dalam satu bulan terakhir.
Kini Ogi memiliki 1.750.000 saham RAJA dari sebelumnya nihil usai transaksi. "Tujuan dari transaksi untuk investasi dan status kepemilikan saham adalah langsung," tulis Corporate Secretary Yuni Pattinasarani dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (13/11/2024).
Pemegang saham RAJA yakni PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra 33,95 persen, Hapsoro 28,52 persen, publik 19 persen, PT Basis Utama Prima 11,90 persen, PT Zeze Ajuwel Tambang 6,64 persen.
