Saham MVS GOTO Resmi Tercatat di Papan Ekonomi Baru BEI
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengumumkan perubahan kode saham Seri B PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) atas Saham Dengan Hak Suara Multipel (SDHSM). Kode saham ditambahkan M, sehingga menjadi GOTOM.
Perubahan ini berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Direksi BEI pada 29 Oktober 2024 perihal Ketentuan Pelaksanaan terkait Pencatatan dan Perdagangan Saham Dengan Hak Suara Multipel.
GOTO Sebut EBITDA yang Disesuaikan Positif Rp137 Miliar di Kuartal III-2024Adapun jumlah saham Seri B SDHSM GOTO yang berubah menjadi GOTOM sebanyak 50,57 miliar saham dengan nilai nominal Rp1 per saham.
"Nama efek perdagangan saham MVS GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk yang dicatatkan pada 13 November 2024 di Papan Ekonomi Baru," tulis pengumuman BEI, Rabu (13/11/2024).
