GOTO Catatkan Saham Multipel, Dapat Kode GOTOM
IDXChannel - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) resmi mencatatkan saham multiple voting shares (MVS) atau saham dengan hak suara multipel (SDHSM) sebanyak 50,57 miliar saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI).
BEI memberikan kode atas seluruh saham Seri B ini dengan nama GOTOM. Harganya mengikuti harga GOTO senilai Rp68 per saham.
GOTO Luncurkan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis di 13 Kabupaten/Kota“Sejak hari ini, 13 November 2024, BEI telah menetapkan perubahan kode atas seluruh SDHSM atau seluruh saham Seri B Perseroan yaitu sebanyak 50.571.730.000 saham Seri B menjadi kode saham GOTOM,” kata Sekretaris Perusahaan GOTO, R A Koesoemohadiani dalam keterbukaan informasi, Kamis (14/11/2024).
Semua saham MVS GOTO masih berbentuk warkat, sehingga kata Diani, GOTOM belum dapat diperdagangkan.
