Putuskan Bagi Dividen Rp41,7 Triliun, Adaro (ADRO) Ganti Nama Jadi Alamtri Resources
IDXChannel - PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) telah merampungkan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB).
Sesuai keputusan mata acara pertama, pemegang saham menyepakati usulan dividen dengan total nilai USD2,6 miliar atau setara Rp41,7 triliun (mengacu kurs Jisdor BI Rp15.888 per USD).
Menimbang Peluang Untung-Rugi Saham ADRO dan AADI“Perseroan memiliki saldo kas internal secara konsolidasian yang cukup untuk melaksanakan pembagian dividen tunai,” kata manajemen dalam materi penjelasan RUPSLB di Jakarta pada Senin (18/11/2024).
Para pemegang saham juga menyepakati pergantian nama perusahaan menjadi PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk.
