IDEA Bagikan Dividen Interim Mini Rp0,85 per Saham, Cair Desember
IDXChannel - PT Idea Indonesia Tbk (IDEA) memutuskan pembagian dividen interim mini senilai Rp903 juta untuk tahun buku 2024.
Sesuai keputusan dewan direksi dan komisaris pada 15 November 2024, setiap pemegang saham berhak mendapatkan dividen per saham sebesar Rp0,85.
Pembagian dividen tersebut berdasarkan data keuangan IDEA per 30 Juni 2024. Di mana laba bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp956,78 juta.
Sementara itu, saldo laba ditahan yang tidak dibatasi penggunaannya sebesar Rp2,55 miliar dan total ekuitas mencapai Rp62,97 miliar.

- Cum Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi: 26 November 2024
- Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi: 28 November 2024
- Cum Dividen di Pasar Tunai: 29 November 2024
- Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai: 2 Desember 2024
- Recording date: 29 November 2024
- Pembayaran dividen: 18 Desember 2024
