Sugiman Halim Tambah Porsi Kepemilikan Sahamnya di BOAT

Pasardana.id - Sugiman Halim selaku pemegang saham PT Newport Marine Services Tbk (IDX: BOAT) dengan kategori termasuk >5%, telah menambah porsi kepemilikan sahamnya di perseroan setelah membeli sebanyak 213.396.500 lembar saham BOAT atau sebesar 6,1% diharga Rp135 dan Rp140 per saham pada tanggal 13 dan 14 November 2024.

"Tujuan dari transaksi ini adalah untuk Investasi dengan kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” sebut Ahmad Wisya Pratama selaku Direksi / Corporate Secretary BOAT dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Selasa (19/11).

Pasca transaksi pembelian, maka kepemilikan Sugiman Halim di BOAT menjadi sebanyak 367.913.000 lembar saham atau setara dengan 10,51%, dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya yang tercatat sebanyak 154.516.500 lembar saham atau setara dengan 4,41%.
