Saham PANI hingga BSDE Rontok Usai BI Tahan Suku Bunga
IDXChannel - Bank Indonesia (BI) menahan suku bunga acuan atau BI Rate sebesar 6 persen pada Rapat Dewan Gubernur (RDG) 19-20 November 2024.
Selain BI Rate, suku bunga Deposit Facility juga tetap bertahan sebesar 5,25 persen dan suku bunga Lending Facility tetap di level 6,75 persen.
BI Diproyeksi Tahan Suku Bunga di 6 Persen, IHSG dan Rupiah Beda ArahSuku bunga yang tetap tinggi ini memberikan dampak terhadap saham-saham di sektor properti. Sektor properti hari ini (20/11/2024) ditutup melemah 0,87 persen.
Usai pengumuman BI Rate, saham PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) berakhir turun 1,36 persen di Rp1.085, saham PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) merosot 1,94 persen di Rp1.010, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) turun 1,74 persen di Rp565, dan PT Pakuwon Tbk (PWON) melemah 0,45 persen menjadi Rp438.
