BEI Soroti Gerak Saham TCPI dan APIC Gara-Gara Ini
IDXChannel - Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) memasukkan saham PT Transcoal Pacific Tbk (TCPI) dan PT Pacific Strategic Financial Tbk (APIC) dalam radar pantauan karena ada indikasi pola transaksi tidak wajar yang di luar kebiasaan (Unusual Market Activity/UMA).
"Sehubungan dengan terjadinya UMA atas saham tersebut, Bursa saat ini sedang mencermati perkembangan pola transaksi saham ini," tulis pengumuman Bursa, Rabu (20/11/2024).
IHSG Berpeluang Menguat, Intip Peluang Cuan Empat Saham Blue Chip IniBursa menegaskan, pengumuman UMA tidak serta merta menunjukkan adanya pelanggaran terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang Pasar Modal.
Namun demikian, investor diharapkan untuk memerhatikan jawaban emiten atas permintaan konfirmasi Bursa; mencermati kinerja emiten dan keterbukaan informasinya.
