普京：俄军在对乌行动中试验新型中程高超音速导弹
总台记者获悉，当地时间11月21日，俄罗斯总统普京发表讲话。
普京表示，21日俄军对乌克兰军工企业进行了联合打击。行动中俄军试验了代号为“榛子”的新型中程高超音速导弹。该导弹能够以10马赫的速度打击目标，目前没有反导系统可以拦截这种类型的导弹。普京强调，导弹没有搭载核弹头。
普京表示，19日和21日，俄罗斯库尔斯克和布良斯克两处俄军军事设施遭到西方武器袭击。乌克兰已经开始使用西方制造的武器，但是未能实现其战略目标。普京表示，目前冲突开始具有全球化的元素，乌克兰局势正在进一步复杂化。俄方希望采取和平手段，但也做好了事态向任何方向发展的准备，如果局势发生任何形式的升级，俄罗斯将果断采取对等的反击措施以维护国家安全和主权完整。
