中方回应所谓60%关税：由进口国消费者和最终用户“买单”
有记者提问，特朗普在竞选美国总统时表示，他计划对中国征收60%关税。请问，您认为这对中国出口产生多大影响？您如何看待这一现象？ 对此，王受文表示，历史已经表明，一个国家对中国加征关税并没有解决这个国家自身所存在的贸易逆差问题，相反，它推高了这个国家从中国以及从其他国家进口产品的价格。因为最终关税是由进口国的消费者和最终用户来支付，它必然导致了消费者支付价格的上升，用户成本在提高，物价上涨导致了通货膨胀。（央视新闻）
