Laba Summarecon (SMRA) Mengembang Jadi Rp933,71 Miliar hingga Kuartal III-2024
IDXChannel - Emiten properti, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) mencetak laba bersih sebesar Rp933,71 miliar hingga kuartal III-2024. Realisasi tersebut melonjak 42,98 persen dibanding periode sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp653,02 miliar.
Peningkatan laba bersih yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk itu sejalan dengan pendapatan bersih perseroan yang tercatat Rp7,54 triliun dalam sembilan bulan ini.
Summarecon Agung (SMRA) Targetkan Pra Penjualan Rp5 Triliun di 2024 Capaian tersebut naik 48,85 persen dari realisasi Januari-September 2023 yang sebesar Rp5,07 triliun, berdasarkan laporan keuangan SMRA, Jumat (22/11/2024).
Hingga akhir September ini, beban pokok penjualan dan beban langsung SMRA membengkak menjadi Rp3,55 triliun dari sebelumnya Rp2,51 triliun. Pun dengan beban penjualan serta beban umum dan administrasi yang naik masing-masing menjadi Rp338,09 miliar dan Rp875,99 miliar.
