Medco Energi (MEDC) Bayar Lunas Obligasi Rp941 Miliar
IDXChannel - PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) membayar lunas obligasi sebesar Rp941,8 miliar yang jatuh tempo pada 23 November 2024.
Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Tahap II Tahun 2021 Seri A ini memiliki tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,75 persen per tahun dan berakhir pada tanggal yang sama.
Berdasarkan keterbukaan informasi BEI, jangka waktu obligasi seri A adalah 36 bulan terhitung sejak tanggal emisi.
Adapun pembayaran surat utan ini dilakukan secara penuh atau bullet payment pada tanggal pelunasan pokok obligasi.
Dana untuk pembayaran obligasi tersebut berasal dari hasil penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan V Tahap II Tahun 2024 pada Februari 2024 lalu yang sebesar Rp1,5 triliun.
"Tujuan penggunaan dana untuk melunasi obligasi Rupiah Perusahaan yang jatuh tempo pada tahun 2024, yakni termasuk pembayaran Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Tahap II Tahun 2021 Seri A," tutur Direktur Keuangan Medco Energi Anthony R Mathias dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Senin (12/8/2024).
