Data Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mencatat nilai IPO entitas hasil spin off PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) itu maksimal Rp4,59 triliun. Ini merupakan nilai IPO terbesar, sejak dana IPO jumbo terakhir kali diperoleh oleh PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII) senilai Rp860,92 miliar.
ADRO (ADRO) Bagikan Dividen Spesial, Investor Lebih Untung Tebus Saham AADISelain mendorong AADI go public, ADRO, selaku pengendali, juga bakal melepas seluruh kepemilikan mereka di AADI melalui penawaran umum perdana saham (PUPS) terhadap investor eksistingnya saat ini.
Diketahui, ADRO menguasai 7 miliar lembar AADI bernominal Rp21,9 triliun. Sementara porsi pemegang ADRO khusus publik hingga 20 November 2024 mencapai 10,37 miliar atau setara 33,73 persen.
