ERAL dan Pengembang PIK 2 Bikin Usaha Patungan di Bisnis Pemasaran Drone Show
IDXChannel - PT Sinar Eka Selaras Tbk atau SES (ERAL) mendirikan usaha patungan bersama PT Kukuh Mandiri Lestari (KML). Entitas baru ini akan fokus di bisnis jasa periklanan dan pemasaran.
ERAL merupakan anak usaha PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk (ERAA). Sedangkan KML adalah pengembang PIK 2 di Bawah Agung Sedayu dan Salim Grup.
Gelar RUPS, Sinar Eka Selaras (ERAL) Setuju Bagi Dividen Rp50,87 MiliarDalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (27/11/2024), ERAL dan KML membentuk perusahaan patungan bernama PT Aero Inovasi Media (AIM) untuk menjalankan bisnis jasa periklanan dan pemasaran, khususnya drone show di Indonesia.
Drone show adalah pertunjukkan drone atau pesawat tanpa awak.
