Konversi Utang, Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR) Rancang Private Placement Rp855 MiliarRapat dijadwalkan berlangsung pukul 14.00 WIB dengan agenda persetujuan atas rencana perseroan melakukan Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (PMTHMETD) atau private placement dalam rangka perbaikan posisi keuangan BNBR.
Agenda selanjutnya, persetujuan perubahan anggaran dasar perseroan sehubungan peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor perseroan dalam rangka pelaksanaan private placement sehubungan dengan konversi utang menjadi setoran saham yang dilakukan BNBR.
