Beli Saham Perseroan di Harga Bawah, Presdir AMMN Rogoh Dana Rp13,58 Miliar
IDXChannel - Presiden Direktur PT Amman Mineral Internasional (AMMN) Alexander Ramlie membeli saham perseroan dengan nilai Rp13,58 miliar untuk mengakumulasi kepemilikannya.
Transaksi tersebut berlangsung pada 21-22 November 2024 dengan jumlah 1.410.000 di harga bawah. Pasalnya pada rentang waktu tersebut, harga terendah saham AMMN Rp9.525-Rp9.575 dan harga tertinggi Rp9.750-Rp9.700.
Rincian pembelian saham tersebut yakni sebanyak 150.000 saham di harga Rp9.525, 21.500 saham di harga Rp9.575, 210.000 saham di harga Rp9.600, 50.000 saham di harga Rp9.625.
Kemudian 478.500 saham dengan harga Rp9.650, 400.000 saham di harga Rp9.675, 100.000 saham di harga Rp9.700.
"Tujuan transaksi untuk investasi pribadi berupa kepemilikan secara langsung," tulis Alexander Ramlie dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (27/11/2024).
Usai transaksi kepemilikan saham Alexander bertambah dari sebelumnya 386.989.920 atau setara 0,534 persen menjadi 388.399.920 saham atau setara 0,536 persen.
Pada 25 September 2024 lalu, pendiri AMMN ini juga memborong 105.408.800 saham dengan nilai Rp1,01 triliun.
Saham tersebut diborong Alexander dari empat petinggi Amman lainnya yakni David Alexander Gibbs, Irwin Ka Pui Wan, Lal Naveen Chandra, dan Arief Widyawan Sidarto, masing-masing sebanyak 26,35 juta saham.
