11月28日周四，A股三大指数下跌，有色、5G通信、消费领跌，传媒、房地产、军工领涨。
中国央行公开市场今日开展1903亿元7天期逆回购操作，操作利率持平1.50%。今日有4701亿元逆回购到期。
截至发稿，上证指数跌0.12%，深证成指跌0.12%，创业板指跌0.2%。
截至发稿，恒生指数跌0.67%，恒生科技指数跌0.49%。
国债期货涨跌不一，30年期主力合约跌0.06%，10年期主力合约与昨日持平，5年期主力合约涨0.01%，2年期主力合约涨0.01%。
IP经济概念股继续活跃
高乐股份、广博股份、洪兴股份、齐心集团竞价涨停，恒信东方、柏星龙涨超10%。
物流板块开盘走强
东方嘉盛直线涨停，长久物流、华鹏飞、中储股份、中国铁物等跟涨。消息上，中办、国办印发《有效降低全社会物流成本行动方案》，目标到2027年，社会物流总费用与国内生产总值的比率力争降至13.5%左右，铁路货运量、铁路货运周转量占比力争分别提高至11%、23%左右，港口集装箱铁水联运量保持较快增长。
