Saham GEMS Melambung Usai Umumkan Bagi Dividen Interim Rp243 per Saham
IDXChannel - PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) memutuskan menebar dividen interim ketiga tahun buku 2024 dengan nilai mencapai Rp1,43 triliun.
Pembagian dividen ini berdasarkan persetujuan Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris pada 26 November 2024.
Anak Usaha GEMS Dapat Kucuran Kredit Rp1 Triliun dari LPEI"Perseroan telah menyetujui dan memutuskan untuk membagikan dividen interim ketiga tahun buku 2024 sebesar USD90 juta atau USD0,0153 per saham," kata manajemen GEMS dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (28/11/2024).
Perseroan menggunakan kurs tengah Bank Indonesia (BI) per 28 November 2024 sebesar Rp15.930 per USD untuk pembagian dividen interim ini.
