Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Bakal Divestasi Aset, Apa Saja?
IDXChannel - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) berencana melanjutkan penjualan sejumlah aset atau divestasi aset di sektor jalan tol. Langkah itu ditempuh guna memperkuat fundamental perseroan.
Sekretaris Perusahaan WIKA, Mahendra Vijaya , sejumlah aset dengan kepemilikan minoritas yang akan dilepas perseroan, yaitu ruas Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda (Balsam) dan Tol Soreang-Pasir Koja (Soroja).
Tingkatkan Kinerja, Wika Gedung Manfaatkan Program 3 Juta Rumah“Sudah selesai proyeknya dan sekarang kami sedang mengerjakan untuk divestasi, seperti ada beberapa tol yang memang WIKA sebagai minoritas,” kata Mahendra dalam Paparan Publik secara daring pada Kamis (28/11/2024).
