Wenzel Sutantio Jual 8,19 Juta Saham CMRY, Kantongi Rp45,05 Miliar
IDXChannel - Produsen susu Cimory, PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) mengumumkan transaksi penjualan saham oleh Komisaris Perseroan, Wenzel Sutantio.
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Wenzel melego saham CMRY sebanyak 8.192.400 saham atau 0,1 persen pada 22 November dan 28 November 2024. Harga transaksi penjualan Rp5.500 per saham.
Laba Cimory (CMRY) Naik 29,99 Persen Jadi Rp386,33 Miliar per Maret 2024"Tujuan dari transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan CMRY, Dinar Primsari, Jumat (29/11/2024).
Dengan demikian, Wenzel Sutantio meraup dana Rp45,05 miliar dari hasil penjualan tersebut.
