Empat Entitas Sarana Menara (TOWR) Raih Pinjaman Rp1 Triliun dari BRIS
IDXChannel - Empat entitas usaha emiten Grup Djarum, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) diguyur pinjaman senilai Rp1 triliun dari PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk atau BSI (BRIS).
Entitas usaha TOWR tersebut, yaitu PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk (IBST), dan PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk (IBST).
Grup Djarum (TOWR) Dicecar Bursa Soal Dana Hasil Rights Issue, Ini JawabannyaPerolehan fasilitas pinjaman ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan perjanjian antara empat entitas usaha TOWR sebagai peminjam dan BRIS sebagai pemeberi pinjaman pada 25 November 2024.
"Komitmen pinjaman Rp1 triliun, dengan tanggal jatuh tempo 60 bulan sejak tanggal realisasi pembiayaan," kata Sekretaris Perusahaan TOWR, Monalisa Irawan dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Jumat (29/11/2024).
